It all started back in 1997 when we opened our first restaurant in Escondido, California and we simply named it Centre city cafe because it was siting just across main street in Escondido called Centre City Parkway. This restaurant was built some 40 years ago and the ownership just kept changing until we took it over. We were determine to change the luck of this place. We truly believed that providing personal and exceptional service, quality food and great atmosphere we had to succeed. We all have worked very hard making sure that every guest had that personal attention, that every plate looked picture perfect and of course, that quality of food was just something You couldn't forget. That consistency and hard work really paid of and that's where we are today, with three more locations and hopefully growing.
